Tuesday Preparation

On Tuesday, we prepare ingredients for the BBQ Chicken Breast meal. We make the BBQ Rub and Carolina Hot sauce from scratch. The BBQ Rub is a blend of spices we use to marinate the chicken. Our Carolina Hot sauce is made with baked red peppers, Louisiana hot sauce, and red wine vinegar. We also soak the white rice, prep the asparagus, dice the butternut squash, and marinate the chicken. Finally, we sear the chicken to make sure it is ready to cook for the next day. We work hard to make sure the BBQ Chicken Breast meal is delicious and satisfying.

Wednesday Preparation

On Wednesday, we use our state-of-the-art oven to cook the components of our BBQ Chicken Breast meal. First, we cook the red rice to perfection and then separate it to avoid overcooking. We immediately move it into the fridge until it is ready to be plated. Next, we prepare the vegetable skillet by sautéing a mixture of delicious vegetables to bring out their natural flavors. We start by cooking the butternut squash, kale, asparagus, and cabbage, and then add in the corn and peas at the end. As we cook the vegetables, we constantly season them to ensure they are perfectly seasoned and taste amazing.

Thursday Preparation

On Thursday, we finish cooking our delicious BBQ Chicken Breast meal. Client safety is extremely important to us, so we make sure to cook the chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Our state-of-the-art ovens allow us to cook large batches evenly and keep the chicken juicy until our clients are ready to enjoy it. Once the cooking is done, we slice the chicken into pieces and store it in the fridge until Friday, when we plate the final meal.

Friday Preparation

Friday is our final day of preparing the BBQ Chicken breast meal. The final step in the process is just plating the meal and sealing it, until it is ready to be delivered. The Carolina hot sauce is first poured into portioned sauce cups and inserted into the container. Next, we add the red rice. Third, we put in the vegetable skillet. Lastly, the sliced BBQ chicken breast is added. Upon completion of the plating the meals are transferred over to our sealing machine. We use this advanced packing technology to seal it in an airtight container that reduces the oxygen levels inside to just 1%. This helps to slow the oxidation process and extend the shelf life of the meal. This means that our clients can enjoy a delicious and convenient meal at any time during the week, without having to worry about spoilage.
